Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?
As soon as I was able to read and write that’s what I did. I grew up in a dysfunctional home with a father that was abusive and an addict. At any given time or chance I loved to go out into the woods with a notebook and write. For a moment in time I could create a world that I wanted to live in through my writing and literature and it let me escape my reality I was really living in. So, in saying that, I have kept all my writings since I could remember, as I am very attached to it. It was a coping skill for the trauma I faced as a child.
